- Ensure strict compliance with federal regulations, NIST security standards, and agency protocols.
- Provide expert technical troubleshooting and support for hardware, software, and cybersecurity incidents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement innovative technology solutions.
- Document technical procedures and maintain accurate system records for audits.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Active Top Secret (TS) clearance or ability to obtain one.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support, networking, or cybersecurity within a federal or government contracting environment.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, and cloud technologies (AWS/Azure).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-security environment.
