Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain secure IT infrastructure for federal clients.
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and manage incident response protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize system performance.
- Provide Tier 3 technical support and troubleshooting for complex issues.
- Ensure compliance with federal regulations and security standards (NIST, FedRAMP).
- Document technical processes and maintain accurate system logs.
Qualifications
- Active Top Secret Security Clearance with eligibility for SCI.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in federal IT environments.
- Certifications such as CISSP, Security+, or CEH preferred.
- Strong knowledge of network architecture and cybersecurity best practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client interactions.
