Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy complex IT solutions aligned with federal standards and regulations.
- Conduct system analysis, risk assessments, and security compliance audits to ensure data integrity.
- Lead technical teams in troubleshooting complex infrastructure issues and optimizing system performance.
- Collaborate with government stakeholders to define requirements and deliver user-centric solutions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of evolving federal IT policies, including FISMA and NIST frameworks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in federal or government contracting environments.
- Active Top Secret Security Clearance or the ability to obtain one.
- Certifications such as CISSP, Security+, or PMP are highly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in cloud technologies (AWS, Azure) and modern application development frameworks.
