In this role, you will work in a dynamic, hybrid environment (onsite in Memphis and remote options available). You will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of federal IT infrastructure, ensuring compliance with rigorous security standards.

Responsibilities
- System Administration: Oversee the day-to-day operations of Windows and Linux server environments within federal contracts.
- Cybersecurity: Implement and monitor security protocols to protect sensitive government data against cyber threats.
- Project Management: Lead technical projects from conception to deployment, ensuring adherence to timeline and budget constraints.
- Compliance: Ensure all IT activities comply with FISMA, NIST, and agency-specific regulations.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex hardware and software issues for internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate technical documentation, including system architecture diagrams and incident reports.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Certifications: Active Secret or Top Secret clearance is highly preferred; CISSP or CompTIA Security+ is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in federal IT environments or large-scale enterprise systems.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in networking (TCP/IP, VPN), virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), and scripting (PowerShell/Bash).
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to brief senior leadership on technical matters.
- Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven federal environment.
