Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain complex IT systems and network infrastructures to support state-level operations.
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and implement robust cybersecurity measures to protect sensitive government data.
- Collaborate with federal and local agencies to ensure compliance with strict regulatory standards and protocols.
- Provide advanced technical troubleshooting and support for internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Manage software licensing, hardware inventory, and cloud integration projects.
- Lead training sessions for junior staff and cross-functional teams on emerging technologies and security best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 5+ years of progressive experience in IT infrastructure management or systems administration.
- Active clearance or ability to obtain government clearance is a plus.
- Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CISSP, or AWS Solutions Architect are highly valued.
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, network protocols, and virtualization technologies.
- Proven experience with project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum).
