Responsibilities
- Manage and secure federal information systems in compliance with FISMA and NIST standards.
- Perform risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies for federal networks.
- Conduct security controls testing and validation for DoD contracts.
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior IT staff.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to modernize legacy federal infrastructure.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Active Secret Clearance or eligibility to obtain one.
- Experience with DoD information systems and Federal Information Processing Standards.
- Certifications such as CISSP, Security+, or CEH are highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of network architecture, cloud services (AWS/Azure), and cybersecurity frameworks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment.
