Responsibilities
- Administer, maintain, and support Windows Server environments and Active Directory.
- Implement and monitor network security protocols to safeguard sensitive federal data.
- Provide Tier 3 technical support and troubleshooting for complex hardware and software issues.
- Conduct system audits, performance tuning, and capacity planning.
- Document system configurations and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless IT operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Active Secret Security Clearance (or ability to obtain one).
- 5+ years of professional experience in IT infrastructure management.
- Strong knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and firewall configurations.
- Experience with cloud technologies (Azure or AWS) is highly preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a favorable background investigation.
