Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the integrity, availability, and security of the organization's server infrastructure and operating systems.
  • Implement and monitor security protocols to protect sensitive government data and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations (e.g., NIST, FISMA).
  • Provide advanced technical troubleshooting and support for complex hardware and software issues across various departments.
  • Collaborate with vendors and third-party contractors to evaluate, select, and integrate new technologies into existing systems.

Qualifications
