Position Overview

The Senior IT Systems Administrator will oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the county's server infrastructure. You will be responsible for troubleshooting complex issues, implementing security protocols, and ensuring high availability of services for government operations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the enterprise server infrastructure, including Windows Server and Linux environments.
  • Implement and enforce network security protocols to protect sensitive government data and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Lead troubleshooting efforts for critical system outages and perform regular system health checks and performance tuning.
  • Design and execute disaster recovery plans and conduct regular backup and restore drills.

Qualifications
