Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain server infrastructure and network systems.
- Provide Tier 3 technical support and troubleshooting for end-users.
- Monitor system performance and implement security protocols to protect sensitive data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to upgrade hardware and software solutions.
- Manage disaster recovery plans and conduct regular system backups.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal IT regulations and standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in systems administration or network engineering.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, and virtualization technologies (VMware).
- Experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Microsoft Office 365.
- Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, CCNA, or Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) are preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical staff.
