Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize enterprise server infrastructure (Windows/Linux)
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and incident response procedures
- Provide Tier-3 technical support for state applications
- Coordinate hardware/software deployment across 15+ state agencies
- Document IT policies and create training materials
- Collaborate with federal compliance teams for audit readiness
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT/Cybersecurity or equivalent experience
- 5+ years enterprise systems administration experience
- CompTIA Security+ or CISSP certification required
- Expert knowledge of Active Directory and VMWare
- Michigan driver's license and clean background check
- Experience with state/federal compliance frameworks (FISMA, NIST)
- Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance within 30 days
