Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Windows Server infrastructure including Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Oversee cloud migrations to Azure and AWS platforms
- Provide Tier-3 support for enterprise applications
- Coordinate disaster recovery planning and testing
- Document system configurations and operational procedures
- Mentor junior IT staff on best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years of enterprise-level system administration experience
- CompTIA Security+ and Microsoft Azure certifications required
- Experience with government compliance frameworks (FISMA, NIST)
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell, Python)
- Proven ability to manage virtualization environments (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
