Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize federal IT systems including servers, networks, and cloud infrastructure
- Implement and maintain cybersecurity protocols compliant with federal standards (NIST, FISMA)
- Provide Tier-3 technical support for mission-critical applications
- Coordinate disaster recovery and business continuity planning
- Lead system upgrades and migration projects
- Document technical processes and maintain compliance documentation
- Mentor junior IT staff and conduct system performance audits
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in federal IT administration
- Active Security+ CE or equivalent certification
- Proficiency with Windows Server, Linux, and virtualization technologies
- Experience with FedRAMP compliance requirements
- Strong understanding of federal IT security frameworks
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
