Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize enterprise-level server infrastructure (Windows/Linux)
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Oversee cloud migration projects and hybrid cloud environments
- Provide Tier-3 technical support for complex system issues
- Develop automation scripts for system administration tasks
- Ensure compliance with state IT security policies (FISMA, NIST)
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for system integrations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years of enterprise IT administration experience
- Active CISSP or CompTIA Security+ certification required
- Expertise in virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and containerization
- Proficient with PowerShell, Python, or Ansible for automation
- Experience with Azure/AWS cloud services
- Valid California driver's license
- U.S. citizenship and ability to pass background clearance
