Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize enterprise Windows/Linux server environments across 15+ state agencies
- Implement cybersecurity protocols for PCI/HIPAA-compliant systems
- Lead cloud migration projects using AWS/Azure services
- Provide Level 3 support for complex network infrastructure issues
- Develop disaster recovery plans with automated failover systems
- Coordinate cross-departmental IT audits and compliance reporting
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in enterprise system administration
- Active CISSP or CompTIA Security+ certification
- Expertise in virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell/Python/Bash)
- Government IT compliance experience (FedRAMP/NIST SP 800-53)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
