Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize enterprise-level Windows/Linux server environments
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Lead disaster recovery planning and business continuity exercises
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for system integration projects
- Document IT infrastructure and maintain compliance with state policies
- Mentor junior staff and provide technical guidance
- Monitor system performance and proactively resolve incidents
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years of enterprise systems administration experience
- Active CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification
- Expertise in Active Directory, VMWare, and cloud platforms
- Strong knowledge of NIST and CIS security frameworks
- Texas driver's license required
- Ability to obtain security clearance
- Proven experience with ITIL processes
