Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize enterprise-level IT systems supporting critical state operations
- Lead cross-functional teams in analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical specifications
- Conduct system performance audits and recommend infrastructure upgrades for 24/7 state services
- Develop cybersecurity protocols to protect sensitive citizen data across state platforms

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive IT systems analysis experience in government/public sector
- Expertise in enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman)
- Advanced certifications in AWS/Azure and cybersecurity (CISSP, CISM)

- Valid Georgia driver's license and ability to travel statewide occasionally
