Key Responsibilities
- Lead the analysis, design, and implementation of complex information system solutions to meet business requirements.
- Conduct system performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of developers, engineers, and business stakeholders to define system architecture.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including requirements, specifications, and training materials.
- Assist in the migration and integration of legacy systems to modern cloud-based platforms.
- Mentor junior analysts and provide technical guidance on best practices and coding standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in systems analysis, architecture, or IT consulting.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Java, or C# and experience with enterprise ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced government environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to obtain necessary security clearances as required by state regulations.
