As a key member of our IT division, you will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, designing scalable solutions that meet rigorous security and compliance standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end analysis of complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Design, develop, and implement scalable software solutions using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Conduct thorough system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and state agency partners.
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including system architecture diagrams and user manuals.
- Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior analysts and developers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in systems analysis, software development, or IT consulting.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, Java, or C#; experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-stakes government environment.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
