Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex software applications and databases in compliance with state security standards.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and system designs.
- Lead technical analysis for system upgrades and migration projects.
- Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior analysts and developers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including auditors and compliance officers, to ensure regulatory adherence.
- Provide high-level troubleshooting and root cause analysis for system failures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in systems analysis, software development, or database administration.
- Proficiency in SQL, Java, and .NET technologies.
- Strong understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Must be a US Citizen and eligible for state government security clearance.
