Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions and system specifications.
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Conduct thorough system testing, debugging, and documentation to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and state stakeholders, to ensure project alignment.
- Mentor junior analysts and provide technical guidance to resolve escalated issues efficiently.
- Ensure all systems comply with state security policies and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Systems Analysis, Software Development, or IT Project Management.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
- Strong knowledge of database management systems (SQL, Oracle) and cloud technologies (AWS, Azure).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Clearance to work with sensitive government data is preferred.
