Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex IT infrastructure solutions for county agencies.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the execution of large-scale software deployment projects.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal data privacy regulations and security protocols.
- Analyze system requirements and translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Conduct code reviews and provide technical mentorship to junior staff members.
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee third-party IT service contracts.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in IT systems analysis and development.
- Proven experience working within a government or public sector environment.
- Expert knowledge of cloud technologies (AWS/Azure) and enterprise architecture.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#.
- Certifications such as PMP, ITIL, or CISSP are highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
