Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for system design and development.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to ensure IT solutions align with organizational goals.
- Perform system testing, quality assurance, and validation to ensure reliability and security.
- Document system requirements, processes, and technical specifications in compliance with government standards.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting guidance to end-users and junior staff members.
- Monitor system performance and propose optimization strategies to enhance efficiency.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry best practices relevant to government operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience as a Systems Analyst or in a similar IT role within a government or large enterprise setting.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Java, .NET, or other relevant programming languages.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to obtain a required background check and security clearance.
