Responsibilities
- Conduct system analysis and design to improve workflows and user experiences for federal stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with federal regulations, including FISMA, NIST, and FedRAMP requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, test, and deploy software solutions.
- Perform root cause analysis for system incidents and implement effective corrective actions.
- Document technical specifications, process flows, and user manuals.
- Mentor junior analysts and provide technical guidance on best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT analysis or system architecture within the government sector.
- Active Top Secret security clearance (or the ability to obtain one).
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or SQL.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder management.
