Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain complex federal information systems and network infrastructure.
- Conduct system audits and security assessments to ensure compliance with federal regulations (e.g., NIST, FISMA).
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior analysts and support staff.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify technical requirements and solution architectures.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues in real-time.
- Manage software licensing, updates, and hardware lifecycle management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (required).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT systems analysis or network administration within a government or large enterprise environment (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, and virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance (or equivalent).
