Responsibilities
- Lead the analysis, design, and implementation of complex IT systems and solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Ensure compliance with government security standards and data protection regulations.
- Oversee the deployment of network infrastructure and troubleshoot critical system failures.
- Conduct code reviews and provide technical mentorship to junior staff members.
- Optimize system performance and database integrity for high-traffic applications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in systems analysis or software development within a government or enterprise environment.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and Azure cloud services.
- Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and IT security best practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration.
- Certification such as PMP, CISSP, or AWS Solutions Architect is highly preferred.
