Responsibilities
- System Analysis & Design: Lead the analysis, design, and implementation of complex IT systems, ensuring alignment with state business requirements.
- Project Leadership: Manage project lifecycles from initiation through deployment, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, translating complex concepts into actionable insights.
- Technical Governance: Develop and enforce IT policies, standards, and best practices to ensure data integrity and system security.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for optimization within current workflows and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in systems analysis, software development, or project management.
- Certifications: PMP, ITIL, or equivalent professional certification is highly desirable.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Java, or .NET; strong understanding of cloud technologies (AWS/Azure) and cybersecurity principles.
