Responsibilities
- Analyze complex operational data to identify efficiency improvements and program optimization opportunities
- Develop and implement strategic plans aligned with federal VA objectives and regional needs
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing high-impact veteran service initiatives
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior leadership and congressional stakeholders
- Monitor program performance metrics and recommend evidence-based corrective actions
- Coordinate with federal, state, and local agencies to enhance veteran service delivery networks
- Manage project budgets exceeding $5M while ensuring compliance with federal regulations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of federal program management or analysis experience
- Proficiency in federal budgeting, procurement, and grant management systems
- Expertise in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong understanding of VA policies and veteran service programs
- Ability to obtain and maintain a federal security clearance
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder engagement
- Proven track record of leading successful federal initiatives
