Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and federal employment eligibility
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in social work, psychology, or related field
- Experience interpreting medical documentation and regulations
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Proficiency with case management software
- Preferred: 1+ years federal service experience
