Responsibilities
- Analyze complex healthcare legislation and propose evidence-based policy recommendations to senior leadership
- Collaborate with congressional committees on healthcare reform initiatives and budget allocations
- Oversee cross-agency projects ensuring alignment with federal healthcare priorities
- Prepare detailed briefing materials for Senate and House subcommittees
- Manage stakeholder engagement with national healthcare providers and advocacy groups

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Healthcare Administration, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of federal policy analysis experience
- Expert knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid regulations and healthcare policy frameworks
- Top Secret security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Proven track record of briefing congressional leadership
- Advanced proficiency in healthcare data analysis tools (SAS, R)
- Strong written communication skills demonstrated through published policy papers
