Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Political Science, or related field
- 5+ years of policy analysis experience in government or non-profit sector
- Expertise in quantitative research methodologies and data analysis
- Proven track record in drafting legislation or regulatory documents
- Strong knowledge of California state government operations
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
- Professional certification in public policy (e.g., CPPA) preferred
