Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years of policy analysis experience in government/nonprofit
- Expertise in quantitative research methodologies
- Strong written/verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (SPSS, R, Excel)
- Knowledge of Massachusetts government structure
- Experience with policy impact assessment frameworks
