Responsibilities
- Research and analyze complex policy issues across state agencies
- Develop legislative proposals and regulatory frameworks
- Conduct stakeholder engagement with public/private sector partners
- Prepare comprehensive policy briefs and executive reports
- Monitor federal policy changes and assess state impact
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on implementation strategies
- Present findings to legislative committees and executive leadership
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Public Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of policy analysis experience in government
- Advanced proficiency in statistical analysis and data visualization tools
- Deep knowledge of Ohio state government operations
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with stakeholder management and consensus-building
- Valid Ohio driver's license
