Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive policy recommendations for complex municipal challenges using quantitative analysis
- Lead cross-departmental task forces to implement equitable housing and transportation initiatives
- Conduct economic impact assessments for proposed legislation and executive orders
- Present findings to city council members and senior agency directors
- Manage stakeholder engagement with community organizations and industry partners
- Oversee policy implementation monitoring and performance metrics

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Urban Planning, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years of policy analysis experience in municipal/state government
- Advanced proficiency in statistical software (R, Python, or SAS)
- Demonstrated success in drafting legislation and regulatory frameworks
- Expert knowledge of District of Columbia's administrative code
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- Valid DC government security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Portfolio of published policy briefs or white papers
