Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive policy recommendations aligned with state strategic goals

- Prepare detailed briefing papers, testimony, and executive reports for decision-makers
- Monitor implementation of enacted policies and evaluate outcomes through data analysis

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Political Science, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive policy analysis experience in government or nonprofit sectors
- Expertise in quantitative and qualitative research methodologies
- Deep understanding of New York State legislative processes and administrative frameworks
- Exceptional written/verbal communication skills with demonstrated briefing experience
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Active NYS residency required within 90 days of hire
