Responsibilities
- Develop and analyze complex policy proposals aligned with state economic goals
- Conduct quantitative/qualitative research on emerging industry trends
- Prepare comprehensive policy briefs for legislative stakeholders
- Coordinate inter-agency task forces on workforce development initiatives
- Monitor federal policy changes affecting Washington businesses
- Present findings to executive leadership and legislative committees

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years policy analysis experience in government sector
- Advanced proficiency in statistical analysis tools (R, Python, SAS)
- Expertise in stakeholder engagement across public/private sectors
- Proven track record of translating data into actionable policy
- Knowledge of Washington state legislative processes
- Valid Washington State driver's license
