Responsibilities
- Research and analyze complex policy issues impacting Arizona residents
- Develop actionable policy recommendations for state legislators
- Prepare detailed legislative briefs and testimony documents
- Collaborate with cross-agency teams to implement policy initiatives
- Monitor federal and state legislative changes affecting Arizona
- Conduct stakeholder outreach and community engagement sessions
- Manage policy implementation evaluation frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or related field
- 5+ years of policy analysis experience in government or non-profit sectors
- Advanced proficiency in quantitative data analysis tools (SPSS, R, Excel)
- Demonstrated experience with Arizona legislative processes
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Valid Arizona Driver's License
- Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance
