Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Economics, Finance, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in government budgeting or policy analysis
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Demonstrated experience with statistical analysis software (R, Python, SAS)
- Knowledge of California's governmental structure and fiscal processes
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Valid California driver's license
