Responsibilities
- Develop and analyze complex healthcare policies for federal implementation
- Conduct comprehensive research on emerging public health issues and trends
- Prepare detailed policy briefs and recommendations for senior leadership
- Collaborate with congressional staff and stakeholder organizations on policy initiatives
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of existing healthcare regulations
- Lead cross-functional working groups on health equity initiatives
- Present policy recommendations to executive leadership and congressional committees
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Health Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of policy analysis experience in government or healthcare sector
- Expertise in federal healthcare programs (Medicare/Medicaid) preferred
- Advanced quantitative and qualitative research skills
- Proficient in policy analysis software and data visualization tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to obtain and maintain a federal security clearance
