Responsibilities
- Analyze domestic and international economic trends to inform policy development
- Prepare authoritative briefing materials and testimony for Congressional hearings
- Coordinate with federal agencies on cross-cutting economic initiatives
- Develop quantitative models to forecast policy impacts on financial markets
- Represent the Treasury in international forums and bilateral negotiations

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Economics, Public Policy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years of federal policy analysis or economic research experience
- Expertise in econometric modeling and statistical analysis tools (R, Stata, Python)
- Deep knowledge of U.S. monetary policy and financial regulatory frameworks
- Superior written and verbal communication skills with complex audiences
- Active Top Secret security clearance or ability to obtain one
- Professional certification (e.g., CFA, FRM) or equivalent experience
