Responsibilities
- Develop evidence-based healthcare policy recommendations for federal programs
- Analyze complex healthcare data to inform strategic decision-making
- Collaborate with congressional offices and state agencies on policy implementation
- Prepare detailed briefing materials for senior leadership and stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional teams on special health initiatives
- Monitor compliance with federal healthcare regulations (HIPAA, ACA)
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Public Policy, or related field
- 5+ years of federal policy analysis experience
- Expertise in healthcare systems and Medicare/Medicaid programs
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Active Secret security clearance
- Proven track record of briefing congressional stakeholders
