Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or related field
- 5+ years of government or public sector policy experience
- Advanced knowledge of California state and local government processes
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research methodologies
- Expertise in policy analysis software (e.g., SAS, R)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Valid California driver's license
