Responsibilities
- Research and analyze complex policy issues affecting city operations and residents
- Develop comprehensive policy proposals and implementation frameworks

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or related field
- 5+ years of policy analysis experience in government or public sector
- Advanced proficiency in quantitative analysis and research methodologies
- Expert knowledge of New Mexico municipal governance structures
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
