Responsibilities
- Analyze complex tax legislation and economic trends to inform state policy recommendations

- Lead research initiatives on tax equity and revenue optimization

- Maintain compliance with state procurement and regulatory frameworks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Policy, Economics, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of policy analysis experience in government or public sector
- Advanced proficiency in statistical analysis software (e.g., SAS, R, SPSS)
- Deep understanding of Pennsylvania tax code and revenue systems
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with competing deadlines
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license (may be required for field visits)
- Professional certification (e.g., CPPA, CPFO) preferred
