Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Urban Planning, or related field
- 5+ years of policy analysis experience in government or non-profit sector
- Advanced proficiency in statistical analysis software (SPSS, R, or Python)
- Proven track record of translating complex data into actionable insights
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with public presentation experience
