Responsibilities
- Analyze complex municipal policies and legislation for potential impacts on Philadelphia communities

- Develop detailed policy recommendations and implementation strategies for city leadership
- Coordinate stakeholder engagement sessions with community groups, elected officials, and agency partners
- Prepare clear, concise reports and presentations for diverse audiences including City Council
- Monitor emerging trends in urban governance and regulatory compliance
- Manage special projects related to municipal modernization initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Administration, Urban Planning, Political Science, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of policy analysis experience in government or non-profit sector
- Proficiency in quantitative and qualitative research methodologies
- Expertise in Philadelphia municipal operations and regulatory frameworks
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license (required for field visits)
