Responsibilities
- Develop and evaluate state policies related to human services programs
- Analyze legislative impacts and recommend evidence-based solutions
- Prepare comprehensive policy briefs and legislative testimony
- Collaborate with agency directors and state legislators
- Manage stakeholder engagement across community organizations
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative research initiatives
- Monitor federal policy changes affecting state programs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Social Work, or related field
- 5+ years policy analysis experience in government/nonprofit
- Expertise in Colorado legislative processes
- Advanced data analysis and reporting skills
- Strong stakeholder management abilities
- Valid Colorado driver's license
- US citizenship required for security clearance
