Responsibilities
- Develop and analyze state policy proposals using quantitative and qualitative research methods
- Prepare detailed policy briefs and legislative recommendations for executive leadership
- Coordinate inter-agency initiatives and stakeholder engagement across 67 counties
- Monitor federal policy changes and assess implications for Pennsylvania programs
- Present findings to legislative committees and public forums
- Manage complex datasets using advanced analytical tools
- Mentor junior analysts and lead cross-functional project teams
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Political Science, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of policy analysis experience in government or public sector
- Advanced proficiency in statistical software (SPSS, R, or Stata)
- Demonstrated success in developing evidence-based policy recommendations
- Experience with Pennsylvania state government operations preferred
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license required
- Ability to obtain security clearance within 90 days
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
