- Stakeholder engagement with community groups, state agencies, and private sector partners
- Monitor legislative changes and assess compliance impacts on city operations
- Develop performance metrics and evaluate program effectiveness
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Policy, Urban Planning, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of government or public sector policy experience
- Expertise in Sacramento's regulatory landscape and political processes
- Advanced data analysis skills with proficiency in Excel, SQL, or Tableau
- Exceptional written/verbal communication and stakeholder management
- Valid California driver's license with clean driving record
- U.S. citizenship or legal permanent residency required
