Responsibilities
- Design and execute quantitative policy research using advanced statistical modeling

- Present policy briefings to executive leadership and congressional oversight committees
- Mentor junior analysts while maintaining rigorous quality assurance standards
- Monitor federal regulatory changes and assess local compliance implications
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Urban Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive policy analysis experience in government settings
- Proficiency in SAS/R/Python with demonstrated portfolio of complex data visualizations
- Expert knowledge of DC's Home Rule Charter and federal intergovernmental relations
- Proven success in translating technical findings into actionable policy recommendations
- Active security clearance (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
- Experience with DC-specific regulations (Zoning, Human Rights, Public Records Act)
